If you’ve ordered the wrong size or would like a different model, contact our Customer Care team with your order number. We’ll check your order and let you know the exchange or return options available to you.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We process and dispatch orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed. If it has already been dispatched, our team can advise you on your return options.

Contact us immediately if you’ve entered the wrong delivery address or need to make a change. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but because orders can ship the same day, changes aren’t always possible.

The Hydro valve is not designed to lock into place. When filling the pump with water, hold the black pip in to keep the valve closed and stop the water from escaping.

Once the pump is full and positioned for use, you can release the black pip and continue pumping as normal.

If you have a Hydromax or HydroXtreme model, the black pip is moved to the side while filling the pump and returned to the central, open position when pumping.

If you have a HydroXtreme, the valve cap will also rotate clockwise into the locked position to attach the handball.

The handball pump is a feature of the HydroXtreme range and isn’t included with standard Hydro/Hydromax models. If you ordered a HydroXtreme and your handball pump is missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
