  1. Push and hold the black pip in the closed position with your finger and invert the hydro pump under the shower head until full of water.


  2. Whilst holding the black pip in the closed position, place the hydro pump over your flaccid penis tight up to your pelvic seat.


  3. Make a seal against your body, ensuring that the positioning is comfortable and that your testicles are well clear.


  4. With the hydro pump angled slightly upwards, open the valve by releasing the black pip and start pumping gently around 2-3 times with the black pip in the central position.


  5. Pump slowly and evenly until the bellows remain depressed, indicating that optimal vacuum has been achieved.


  6. To remove the hydro pump, release the vacuum by depressing the valve cap inwards to activate the quick-release mechanism and slide the hydro pump off your penis.


  7. Massage the penis and repeat if desired.

  1. Locate the release slot on the valve cap of your hydropump.


  2. Insert a flat-headed screwdriver.


  3. Twist the screwdriver to remove the valve cap. Important: Do not prise as this may cause damage.


  4. Remove the valve from the valve body.


  5. Insert replacement valve into the valve body.


  6. Slide your replacement valve cap over the valve and firmly push down in to the valve body to lock in place.
