Although I underestimated my size. (Should have gone with the wide-boy one) I can feel more blood flow and harder erections consistently. Have only been using it for a short time but can already feel and see changes. By using warm water and being relaxed, you seem to get Better Results than You do with just air pumps. I look forward to seeing what happens after several months of use.

For many years I’ve had the earlier model of the Bathmate. I recently upgraded to the HydroXtreme. Wow! What an amazing difference. Highly recommend upgrading for anyone who is still using an older version.
